Hi everyone, this is Suchan Badyakar lead artist for our upcoming game "Dimiria - The Agrarian Falls" .. I'd like to share our first alpha demo trailer here with you all.. Its still in WIP, so lots of beautification and cleanup to do...

    combat looks a bit clunky. and the rune/ circle stuff on the ground looks a big jarring. maybe make it glow some or lower the opacity so it doesn't look like magic markers drawn on the ground? Also.. 60-70% of the trailer was characters walking/running.

    I have no idea what would entertain a gamer to play this over say WoW or diablo3.. Put some content or something to really impress and help separate this game from those?

    It looks like a great start and looks like it has potential. The animations are pretty clunky though. I think you could push the lighting more. It's good to see another Esenthel project start to surface as well.

    The trailer was kind of strange only in the face that you keep showing the same thing over and over, and its just running. "Here is me with a camera in front of me running through a forest. Here is me running through a castle. Here is me running through a desert." Then you show some fighting stuff. And then again go back to another clip with a person running with a camera in front.

    It also is like "go on a journey" ->running not fighting,talking,doing any actions. "Fast paced action" -> I'm running. You get my point. The trailer should be cut down to just cool stuff. Replace running with camera pans/zooms of the world and then actions such as talking, showing some quest text, fighting, pickup up items. Watching someone run shouldn't be in any shots if you redo this.

    I get that the game is building up w/ the text in the trailer but it was boring. And after the action came it went back to a person running for another shot. You could at least have some different camera angles when running.

    Don't let the hard work end up with a crappy trailer. It is alpha so I assume you will have a different one in the end. Maybe show some zoomed out camera shots that cover a wide area and show the world more.

    and Yes we are still working on it to beautify them, PEs work and animations fixings.. we'll have more trailer later and we'll surely keep these things in mind...
