hi guys I had a question how could I push this piece further

i was thinking of moving on to texturing

but it doesnt seem to have a wow factor which is missing

    overall the silhouette looks pretty good, my only critique as far as overall shape is the top part needs to flare out a little more. heres the area im talking about.

    and also, are you doing hand painted texturing, normal mapping, etc??

    ill make the adjustments to the model,

    do you reckon there's more to model, or should i start cracking on with the textures? so far it comes to 4584 tri

    btw heres the tileable diffuse for the base ive created

    I've started a new portfolio piece

    i'm just at the stage of stitching the seams and creating light maps

    so i can get it into UDK

    its just a diffuse map on the model, so i can see what im doing before i move on (got all the normal map bakes done, (the top trims are going to be normal mapped), making use of tillable textures

    right now its 14.5k still got some more bits to add to add interest like the lion heads and pipes

    looking pretty good!, which 3d modeling program do you use when photo sculpting ?
